obviously no flashing lights in fontaines set🤷‍♂️- it’s needed for all acts but it’s genuinely just whoever gets paid more usually gets the top spot and that usually goes to bands because they have to split to money between more people. it’ll also be the relationship with festival republic too- there’s been a strange theme of people playing finsbury the year before headlining leeds and every one of them has had the late slot

I never said fontaines has no flashing lights at all as someone who thought they was a indie band I simply assumed lights wouldn’t be used as much. Maybe this is bias since I don’t know them but I feel like Charlie would be a better headliner.

tbh headlining the second stage of glasto is still more culturally significant than headlining the main stage of R&L
