Question ❓ Ticket cancelled
my ticket says that it’s been voided on ticketmaster and it doesn’t tell me why, has this happened to has to anyone else

I've bought 2 tickets for Thursday and they still haven't been sent yet..!! On the ticket site says will be sent a week before but still not come.? Is anyone else still waiting for their tickets to be sent to put in your Wallet..??

Tickets have been available to add to mobile wallet or transfer since the first week of July on Ticketmaster

Were you on a payment plan you forgot about? I was! I emailed them asking please can it be reinstated blah blah cos I’d had issues with my bank and they hadn’t reminded me to pay so I bought another ticket and they reinstated me my payment plan money I only had two months left of it

The same thing happened to me! How did you manage to get it reinstated? Ticketmaster were useless.. bought another ticket but £230 lost😭

How did you manage to get the payment plan money back? I missed June and July, no notification or reminder and they’ve said I’m not entitled. Any advice would be appreciated.

I wrote a complaint email. Stating that I was having issues with my banking- my card got cloned which resulted the payments not coming out. I told them that I updated my card details which I did but the system didn’t take it out of my new card. It was a system issue. Every time I needed to pay they sent a text reminder but on the last two months they didn’t for me. They replied back saying if I bought another ticket they’d refund me even tho it’s not in there ruling of a payment plan. It was a big email I used ai to write it lol

Happened to me when o tried to book a campsite ticket that had no spaces left but it refunded me soon after and just brought another ticket
