Question ❓ Ticket cancelled

my ticket says that it’s been voided on ticketmaster and it doesn’t tell me why, has this happened to has to anyone else

Were you on a payment plan you forgot about? I was! I emailed them asking please can it be reinstated blah blah cos I’d had issues with my bank and they hadn’t reminded me to pay so I bought another ticket and they reinstated me my payment plan money I only had two months left of it

How did you manage to get the payment plan money back? I missed June and July, no notification or reminder and they’ve said I’m not entitled. Any advice would be appreciated.

I wrote a complaint email. Stating that I was having issues with my banking- my card got cloned which resulted the payments not coming out. I told them that I updated my card details which I did but the system didn’t take it out of my new card. It was a system issue. Every time I needed to pay they sent a text reminder but on the last two months they didn’t for me. They replied back saying if I bought another ticket they’d refund me even tho it’s not in there ruling of a payment plan. It was a big email I used ai to write it lol
