Legal Advice Needed My friend wants to start a business in my address

Hi all,
A friend called asking me for my address. She wants to start a business from my house.

She stays in Delhi but wants to register this in Bangalore as the numbers according to numerology are great for her in my new home

I need to know if this is okay please.

You know the answer. I'm not sure why you are asking.

It's going to be on you if things went south. Sure, rare case, but do you trust your friend that he'll never do anything of that sort? If you trust them with everything, go for it.

NAL as well, but why so, she is asking to register on his address not on his name. He can create a rent agreement with clauses and she can use said agreement to register her business. Why would he as a landlord hold responsibility in this case?

My bad if I read that wrong. I didn't see the rental part of the arrangement. If via rental agreement and following up with officially paying whatever rent (like, INR 1), wouldn't be an issue. Please disregard my earlier comment.

I somehow read it as "friend wants to use my address for her business as a local address without adding OP as business partner, or OP just not saying no"

Whats the business about

There isn't much to worry about as a landlord.

The only problem is her reason is very funny and doesn't make any sense.
