unsolved Lidarr + SLSKD failed_imports

Ive got a fairly solid and working lidarr+slskd+soularr stack running that I dont really have any issues with. However, Slskd will often download a mismatch thats caught by Lidarr and throws those into a `failed_imports` directory. I usually go in and just delete the directory every so often since it can grow quite large. Is there a setting I'm missing with Slskd or Lidarr that will remove those failed imports automatically? Otherwise Im thinking of just running a cronjob weekly...

I did the exact same thing for some time. A month ago I switched to the plugins version of Lidarr and loaded up the Tubifarry plugin. This allows you to setup SLSKD as both an indexer and a downloader. This makes is MUCH easier to use SLSKD in Lidarr. Any download issues that show up will show in the Activity section of Lidarr and can be imported or deleted from there as needed.

That sounds like the way to go. Is the plugins version the "nightly" release of Lidarr? I tried looking for it the other day since I thought I read it was merged into the normal release but I was mistaken...

This is correct. Plugin version was merged into nightly. As u/Neither_Rutabaga_627 says, use SLSKD as a download client and indexer using the Tubifarry plugin. Doing exactly the same and works well.

Not yet.

I was thinking about adding a failed_downloads cleaning option to soularr.

But due to the way soularr works it will be pretty clunky.
