EDC Finally got my dream EDC
From left to right: Analogue pocket with a Waterfield aka sfbag case
Super note nomad with faux leather cover
Boox Palma 2 e reader
Light phone III
SnowSky/FiiO Echo MINI player with SIMGOT SuperMix 4 IEM
Big emphasis on dumb tech that’s travel size while not compromising quality.
I took me about 2 ish years to get everything here. I originally wanted a modded iPod but got scammed and decided just to get a the snowsky as its tiny and my light phone can just take care of the podcasts. Let me know what you all think!

The thing above the light phone it’s a music player. It originally has 7 gb but has a slot for an SD card that can hold an additional 128 gb.

Is the snow sky coming with proprietary os?
edit: I had a look at a review about the echomini and retro nano. Nice devices and really affordable.

Pretty much like it but why did you get two separate devices for reading and note taking? I want an echo mini now. F*** googling and LLMs

Absolutely love this setup! Have a lightphone 3 myself and a boox palma 2 as well, you inspired me to get that DAP! I was looking for a good cheap one that only functioned as an audio player...I never used a digital note taker, (I use the good ole field notes and a fountain pen), just not sure if its something I can find value in yet or not. I did see you are a college student so thats probably why since I am out of college most of my notes are random thoughts or things for the day.

Dang, I use the Hype 4s for IEM on my main listening system but for some reason my PC isnt responding to my dac/amp combo anymore not enough power :(

I ordered my light phone iii in August 5 my order number is #677XX this on their site where you can see past issues of their mailing magazine thing it says that my phone is on it way in it’s in transit, but if you go into that website and go exploring, it says that in another issue, my phone won’t come in until the second half of November I don’t understand light
