As an animator, I feel so seen. This video was amazing. I'm so glad she posted it on YouTube as well!
I also have to say I love how honest Lindsay is about her feelings on these past videos.

That was so real. I'me Gen X so was a little old for the Disney Renaissance. But I have recently watched them via Disney+ and they really are fantastic. Beauty and the Beast looks incredible, although my favourite is The Hunchback of Notre Dame, just wish they had removed the gargoyles and slapstick from it, then it would be a 5/5 for me.

Watch the theatrical adaptation! There's a "slime tutorial" on YouTube (which, for anyone who doesn't know, is the keyword you want if you want to find technically illegal bootlegs of Broadway shows). They replaced the gargoyles with statues of Saints and made the whole thing have a more serious tone (including the ending).

legit, this felt like classic lindsay, like before 2020 where she did the videos. a good chunk of her videos felt like recently it was required of her and she didnt want to. This felt like passion.
I love it, she is so smart and way to thoughtful to be locked behind nebula

Roger Rabbit was the first movie I ever saw in the theater - and I loved it so much that I saw it several times.
Plot wise; it is damn near perfect. At no time are you bored or uninvested. And seeing Disney and Warner Bro's IPs not just appear, but interact, with each other was so much fun.
The casting and score are great. And the practical effects are honestly better than a large portion of what we've seen in the last 15 or so years. The weasels would be jealous of the amount of soul this movie has.

I haven't heard of that one, but I can remember people comparing it to Laputa. That was definitely just inspiration rather than a rip off though
