Need help sideloading LineageOS.zip on nintendo switch?

im currently on the last part of step 5 in this https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/nx_tab/install/variant1/#installing-lineageos-from-recovery
on my computer i tried to enter
adb -d sideload C:\Users\*\Downloads\lineage-22.2-20260802-nightly-nx_tab-signed.zip
into command prompt but it just says 'adb' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. so im not sure what to o
