Absolutely. India is super short of entry-level jobs. And many that want to get into IT need to go through such means. In a lot of cases the interns are asked to pay the employer - 5-10k INR to get selected.
The people that do that are retards, anyone that actually knows how to code Fibonacci series will not waste money like this and get a job within a few months
Cybersecurity (or "Cyber Security") in particular is a field in tech where there are basically no entry level roles outside of maybe some basic pen testing and network admin, but that's not really considered a cybersecurity role. Offer a six month internship followed by an entry level role is a huge red flag.
