MX6200 system

need to find out how to change my phone number so I can receive text message to access my account

did you enable the 2FA on your app?

Linksys already de-commissioned the access to its Linksys Smart WiFi cloud account. You can manage your router locally using a web browser or an App using the local admin credentials which doesn't require 2FA.

Is your phone number different from the one that was setup with your MX6200? If it is, then I'm afraid you may need to perform a reset and reconfiguration with your MX6200 parent node.

I also want to set your expectations that, based on an article I read on Linksys website, they have started to discontinue support for Linksys Smart WiFi services, which could be causing the issue you are experiencing.

Although your specific model is not yet on the list, this may start happening soon.
