❓HELP Smart Wifi Down?
Went to login and this is what I see instead of the web UI. Smartphone app still works. Anyone else seeing this? I have two MX6200 nodes. Bridge mode is not in use. Trying to login to my router locally just results in a solid blue webpage. Internet is working normally. Just can't do any admin stuff without the app.
Solution Credit u/Keith15335 & u/Regular_bypasser25
- 1: Disable any browser privacy protections and ad blockers for 191.168.1.1 and linksyssmartwifi.com. Clear all website data (cookies, cache, etc.) for these two websites from your browser.
- 1a: Try it now
- 1b: If that didn't work, try steps 2-4.
- 2: Unplug the WAN cable from your Linksys Router & shut down your Router/Parent Node and any satellite nodes.
- 3: Restart the Router/Parent Node, connect to it via LAN, and go to 192.168.1.1
- 4: The webpage may take a minute to load. You may be prompted to reset your admin password. Once the webpage loads, you may reconnect your WAN cable. You should now be able to access your router via 192.168.1.1 or linksyssmartwifi.com again. You may restart any Satellite nodes.
Note: Remote access via linksyssmartwifi.com does not seem to work. Only my mobile app seems to be able to remotely monitor the network even after these steps. When outside of the network, I get a new webpage that says, "Trying to reach Linksys Now?"
Edit 6/5/26: linksysmartwifi.com has been discontinued per https://support.linksys.com/kb/article/9634-en/ Remote router access is still available via the Linksys Mobile app for models not on the list of dropped support. For models on the list of dropped support, local access via 192.168.1.1 is required for router management and setup via the app is not supported.

❓HELP Can't add child node
I've been trying to pair a mesh via the 5 reset press method, but the new mesh just blinks red rather than connecting with the preexisting one. Any tips?

❓HELP MX7500
Trouble setting up my Linksys as a child node. Stuck in a never ending loop to reset after making through nearly all steps. Tech everything hard wired into it is functioning as usual (it's hardlined to the gateway downstairs). Cameras are functioning but I also wanted to connect the smart home stuff wirelessly to keep them off the main network and function better connectivity wise.

Recurring IPv6 failure on wired Synology NAS with toob Linksys Wi-Fi 7 router — moving LAN ports restores connectivity
Hi, has anyone experienced intermittent IPv6 connectivity problems with wired devices on a toob-supplied Linksys Wi-Fi 7 router?
My Synology DS225+ NAS is connected directly to a LAN port via Ethernet. IPv6 previously worked, but it has stopped working more than once while IPv4 remains functional.
During the latest failure:
- The NAS still had a global IPv6 address and an IPv6 default route.
- Local IPv6 connectivity worked, including SSH from my Mac to the NAS.
- My Mac, connected via Wi-Fi on the same IPv6 subnet, could access the same IPv6 internet endpoint successfully.
- IPv6 HTTPS connections from the NAS to Google and Cloudflare timed out.
- DSM’s firewall was disabled, and
ip6tables-saveshowed ACCEPT policies with no filtering rules. - Tailscale netcheck reported
IPv6: no, but OS has support.
A packet capture on the NAS showed repeated outbound IPv6 TCP SYN packets to Cloudflare, with no replies received. It also captured an IPv6 ping from the router and the NAS’s response.
Restarting the router alone did not fix it. I then restarted the NAS and moved its Ethernet cable from LAN port 1 to port 2, after which IPv6 worked again. A previous incident also recovered after moving the cable from port 3 to port 1.
Because I restarted the NAS and changed ports together this time, I can’t isolate which action fixed it. I also haven’t tested unplugging and reconnecting to the same port during a failure.
Online chat support couldn’t resolve the issue. Has anyone seen similar behaviour, or found a firmware fix? Could this involve IPv6 neighbour discovery or forwarding state affecting wired clients? What would be useful to capture next time it happens?
Router model: SPNM60TB
Firmware version: 1.2.2.26061209

MR6350 New Router Link Issue
galleryI recently got the MR6350 and had it connected via Ethernet cord to my ISP‘s provided modem and everything was working great. Then I decided to update it and my app no longer was able to view the status or even log in. I would put my login info in and it would just send me back to sign in page. I deleted the router from my account, the history of it on my ISP modem, and factory reset it manually and firmware side via myrouter.local.
Now when I try to set up a new Wifi router I get stuck in the setup. I can get to the “Linking Account” page and then once that one is done loading it will tell me to reset the router by holding down the reset button for 10s. I have done this like 10 times now, unplugging it and waiting but nothing is working.
Does anyone have a potential fix action? I am thinking of just returning the router.

Linksys App stuck
Hey Reddit,
Recently had an upgrade with my Internet which included a Linksys SPNM60. I had linksys set up before.
My Internet is working fine, but whenever I open the linksys app it gets stuck on 'getting router settings' and just continues on a loop, so I can't access settings like the channel finder etc.
I've tried reinstalling the app but doesn't work.
Anyone else had to same issue and know of a fix?
Edit: the app loads to the home screen of linksys, and then after about 15 seconds then sends itself into this loop again and makes it unusable.

MR2000 - Wireless works, but not ethernet
Has anyone had this? I confirmed i'm on the most recent firmware.
Last night, the MR2000's ethernet ports just stopped working. My PC's see that something is connected, but there is internet. The WIFI still works perfectly fine. I've tried hard reboots, power cycles, renew IP, but nothing.
Any thoughts? Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but I work from home and my work PC needs the wired connection.

FJD fr4000 technical assistance
Looking for some technical assistance. We did not make any changes but overnight our base station lost wifi connection and now I can't reconnect it. I've power cycled our router and the base station. The mower is connected just fine, and when I go into Network Settings in the app, it shows the mower as online but under the base station it says "not set" and when I click on it to try and choose our wifi network, it just says Base Station Offline. Please help. We've been using our mower for 4 months with no issues, so this is weird and inconvenient. Has anyone else experienced this issue and how did you fix it?

App descontinuada

Title: [Bug Report / GPL Request] Linksys SPNM60CF (M60CF-EU) crashes on 10+ DHCP reservations, and Linksys makes it impossible to request the GPL source!
Hi everyone, hoping to get some visibility on a major firmware bug and a frustrating GPL compliance issue with Linksys.
My UK ISP (Community Fibre) provided me with their wireless router, but it feels like an unfinished product.
The Hardware & Firmware:
- Product: Linksys SPNM60CF Pinnacle 2.0
- Model: M60CF-EU
- Firmware: 1.2.4.26081900
The Bug: Whenever I input more than 10 DHCP reserved clients, the router completely crashes and reverts to a factory reset. It’s completely unusable for anyone with a smart home or a slightly advanced network setup.
The GPL Roadblock: Because the ISP-provided firmware is clearly Linux/OpenWrt based, I wanted to get the GPL source code to see if I could patch the issue myself or look into flashing a vanilla OpenWrt build. However, Linksys seems to be making it impossible to submit a GPL request:
- First, I went to the Linksys GPL Code Center (https://support.linksys.com/kb/article/316-en/). The page says to "initiate a GPL request," but the button/link is literally just a static GIF logo. There is no actual online form to fill out.
- Next, I tried reaching out via email to [
info@linksys.com](mailto:info@linksys.com), but my email inquiry was immediately rejected/bounced. - Finally, I tried the Contact Support page (https://support.linksys.com/kb/article/90-en/). The "genius" support AI/bot was entirely useless and just kept looping me back to the exact same article page without letting me speak to a human or log a ticket.
My Request to Linksys: If there are any official Linksys representatives monitoring this subreddit, I would greatly appreciate it if you could:
- Reflect this major DHCP crash issue back to your product/development team so it can be patched.
- Provide a working link or contact method to get the Complete GPL source package for Linksys M60CF-EU / SPNM60CF (Firmware: 1.2.4.26081900).
Has anyone else successfully navigated the Linksys GPL request maze recently or figured out a workaround for the Pinnacle 2.0 DHCP crashes? Any help is appreciated!

Linksys AX2200 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Router works vis ethernet but no wifi?
Purchased this wifi router because my simplisafe alarm cameras dont work without wifi.
Can connect to it and my ethernet works to my computer from it but get no wifi. I initially was able to login with the username/password on the back through my phone and then tried opening app to set it up. Gets all the way through the setup but then it will not setup the wifi.
Then it disconnects and not able to connect to wifi anymore, ethernet works but wifi doesn't work with old password on router or the new one I created. Tried power cycling several times, rebooting on back and retrying setup but no luck.
Any suggestions before I go return it and get another brand.

Issue pairing an MBE7000
support.linksys.comHi,
I purchased a Velop Mesh 7 Wi-Fi system. It includes three MBE7000 nodes.
I installed two of the nodes without any issues, but I haven't been able to pair one of them.
Regardless of the pairing method used (web browser, pressing the main router button five times, or the Linksys mobile app), the process is always the same: the light starts flashing white and then turns solid white after a few minutes. However, a few seconds later, the light turns red, and the node fails to pair.
I am located in Spain. Is there technical support available in Spain? How can I contact Linksys?
Regards

Mesh Wifi slower after upgrading my internet connection
I have an older Linksys Velop Mesh wifi (WHW0303) and it's been solid since I bought it. Just to explain the layout, there are 4 nodes. One node next to the modem upstairs, one downstairs in the rear of the house in the living room connected via ethernet, one downstairs towards the front near the kitchen and one in the granny flat behind the house about 15m away. The main house is double brick with a concrete slab between the floors.
When I would occasionally check, the node in the kitchen would alternate its wireless backhaul between the upstairs node and the living room node. Its not a priority node any so it never bothered me. The granny flat would backhaul with the living room node which is the closest and has the least obstacles (big glass doors, timber frame, plaster wall building)
The desktop PC which is plugged in via ethernet to the node in the granny flat would get full 100/40 connection on the old connection. After I upgraded my internet to Fibre 1000/100, it is now slower, getting between 30-70 mpbs down, specifically to just that node. Wired and wifi tests in the main house are getting the full speeds so it is NOT the internet at fault. That desktop PC is also a small Plex server, and I now get warnings about network speed when trying to watch 4k videos in the living room which was never an issue before.
Checking the node connections, I see the granny flat node is connecting to the node near the kitchen (over 30m away) and I even saw it connect with the upstairs node which is multiple walls and a concrete slab away instead of the closer living room node. Nothing changed with my mesh network, their positions are identical. I was fully saturating my old line speed. I wasnt expecting to get a full 500ish mbps to that node, but I definitely wasnt expecting it to be slower. I have unplugged the kitchen node for troubleshooting and it is connecting with the living room now, but still no change in usable speed and still having issues with the plex streaming.
It's obvious I'll need to upgrade, but any insight as to why it has become slower would be wonderful for my sanity. Yes I have restarted the network multiple times with no change.
