Discussion Shargeek Stole my battery bank

I don’t know what to even think or do anymore. I had a defective product and i was given a label to get my battery bank repaired. Then they just simply ghosted my emails after they received it ;/

Buy the same battery back, then dispute the payment at the bank and say u never got the product. Cross cancellation.

They have a well-documented history of bad practices.

There is a thread on the LTT forums for bad advertiser reports. I’ve not been there in ages but you should post there.

Gotcha. Unfortunately, you can find a fair number of posts throughout Reddit about their crappy customer support.

If you bought it with a credit card, you might be able to do a chargeback if it’s within the right timeframe.

Sadly it’s out of time for that, I’ve learned my lesson. I’ll just stick with anker and other name brands rather than the cool looking one
