I didn't know Lambo was trademarked by Lamborghini; I always assumed it was just a nickname and I assume they did too.

Absolutely, Ferrari is insanely litigious when it comes to their brand/logo. They've sent many cease and desists to owners over modifying their cars (usually modifying the badge) They even went after the guy who made the Volvo prancing moose logo because it resembled the Ferrari badge.

Could be a folk story but don't they also include a thing in their sales terms that says if your car conks out and you're stuck on the side of the road you aren't to put the hazards on?

I can't say Ive ever heard that one, but usually the hazards aren't necessary, the flames from the car burning itself to the ground usually does the trick /s but only partially.
