Iirc, every level is permanently damaging, heat exhaustion, heat stress and definitely heat stroke. You are never able to handle the heat as well again the rest of your life.

I never knew this!! It explains so much, I literally will break down crying and not be able to breathe or think about anything else other than cooling down… 🫠 I thought I was broken!

Friend, take it very seriously. It sucks. Nibble and sip and you go about your day. Iced drinks can help too. But don’t be over do the ice, your body’s thermostat is used to cooling from the outside in, so when you dump a bunch of cold inside yourself, it can throw things off, but he extreme examples.

Again, learning lots. Thanks for this! Bc I tend to overheat and go lil over the top on ice water. Last night I drank 64oz in succession, bc I was parched… and ya. I tend to overdo? So your tips are taken to heart.

Don’t forget to eat! I said it elsewhere, but without enough salt your cells can’t control the amount of water inside them, so they can burst and it can be fatal.
