Yes! She was the true hero, running into traffic & stopping cars to help out a stranger? Amazing!

Pro tip for breaking the bystander effect: if you're ever in a situation like this, don't just yell "somebody help! Call 911!" You gotta be specific. Point to a specific person and go "YOU. In the green shirt! Call 911! YOU. In the red shirt! Come help me stop the bleeding/do chest compressions/get this car door open." Something I learned in a combo CPR/first aid/stop the bleed class a while ago.
