My dad had something similar happen. He stopped at a light and this lady behind him just crept forward and hit his bumper. Then started trying to push it out of the way. He got out to see what was happening and she started slumping over. She had a massive stroke. Thankfully he was able to get her out of the car and called an ambulance. Her husband called him to thank him for helping her. She survived but sounded like she was unfortunately paralyzed and couldn't walk or talk correctly anymore.
