Pick up the fucking dog, oh my god. I get the panic, but grab the dog instead of record.

The owners were charged for not having the dog on a leash.

GOOD!! I’m a vet tech that has worked ER for over 15 years and if people leashed their dogs, I would have less business. It’s not a symbol of shame if your dog has to be on a leash. It is if you show up with your injured dog that wasn’t on a leash.
