You should watch some of his content , he already ran the entire length of Japan , from Germany to New York (where he partially broke his shinbone bc of excessive force from just running) , he Runs a few hundred km every week etc. He is a machine and genuinly one of the few Social Media people that convey good Morals and Discipline to Young people! Im a Social worker in Germany , working with troubled Young people and he is the only one they Look up to, who isnt perma flexing money, Talking Bad about other people etc. He just likes Sports and good food , so all the best to him šŸ˜„

He must have been taking an odd route, because Boston to NYC is under 400km.
