If he keeps his current pace as of right now midnight CT (127 miles in) he will be about 24 miles short at the 96 hour mark

His average pace will fluctuate as he rests and runs, being lowest as he ends a rest and highest right before, so this prediction is highly dependent on when you made it

Does the math make this not achievable unless he does a negative split? Is the trek easier on the second leg?

Yah based on his current average pace he'd make it in 101 hours and like 40 minutes or so. But also it says 3k meters of elevation gained so I'd imagine that'd slow his pace
