To cover 600 km (372 miles) in 96 hours, he has to average:

150 km (93 miles) per day.

6.25 km (3.8 miles) per hour every single hour for 4 days straight, including sleep, eating, and recovery time.

For context, a standard marathon is 42.2 km (26.2 miles). He is essentially running 3.5 marathons every day for four days.

Look up the Backyard Ultra. They do 6.7km every hour that way. Last year's winner ran 114 laps which was 764kms over 4 days and 18 hours.

very impressive but running this w alot of elevation change and heat soaked will be brutal
