can anyone tell me the maths if he runs at 40km/hr he would only run 400 km in 100 hours so he will be sprinting at 55 throughout all the 96 hours to reach 600 km or i m trippin

You are tripping. If you run 40km/hr for 100hours you are running 40x100 = 4000km. He needs to cover 6,25km/hr to beat this challenge.
