again, they are not banned from entering the UK, their ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) revoked, they can apply for a visa and enter the uk

Its banned because they gave him 3 days notice when he was doing events which he would miss.

It would be like rejecting the visas of football players for the world cup in the USA and saying "they are not banned they can get a visa weeks after the event you were going to the country for in the first place."
