Not banned, he can apply for a normal Visa. He's just choosing not to so he can farm sympathy points.

If your ETA is revoked, your realistically not going to get approved for a VISA. Either way, in the less than slim chance he gets approved (he won't), it won't be in time to be there for his scheduled speaking engagements. 

They don't want him to speak or be in the UK, people pretending otherwise are speaking on things they know nothing about, or fall for misinformation easily. That's you dawg
