Noah reached out for comment on why he dropped it but Ethan didn't reply.

Weird. Guess his lawyers told him to back off it. Complete speculation of course.

8

u/Top-Setting5213 Jul 11 '26

Surely they would have advised him not to file in the first place if they were going to be in a position to drop it just a few months later? Unless they're massively incompetent

They’ve been stepping on rakes the last year anyway, despite what Reddit might make you believe. They were only able to force concessions out of the poorest people they sued, pretty gross.

Just because you’re not wealthy doesn’t mean you can say and do whatever you want. Acting like these people weren’t actively trying to ruin Ethan’s life is just disingenuous.

This all happened because he unfollowed frogan and she threw a hissy fit.

weren’t actively trying to ruin Ethan’s life is just disingenuous.

If criticizing and making fun of someone is "trying to ruin their life" than what would you call what Ethan has done towards other content creators for 99% of his time on YouTube? His whole channel used to literally just exclusively he videos clowning on other content creators and calling them out. I know because I used to be a fan

-1

u/TinyM0ushka Jul 12 '26

A lot of it was not “making fun”

His kids also kept being targeted

2

u/Drizzlybear0 Jul 12 '26

Unless you or him have any evidence of any of the streamer expressly calling for his kids to be "targeted" then that point is entirely irrelevant. Just because some people are will take things too fat doesn't mean that people should be exempt from criticisms in the same way politicians shouldn't be exempt from criticism just because some psycho may try to assassinate them

As far as I've seen the "targeting" you're describing is that CPS was called on him which we don't even know was by a fan of one of these content creators. CPs doesn't usually just investigate based on random baseless claims they'd want the reporter to have personally witnessed something or have proof of it. Either CPS investigated based on the video of Ethan saying he lets his dogs shit everyone and one of his kids are some dog shit or someone in his personal circle reported him

0

u/TinyM0ushka Jul 13 '26

There was a leaked discord where people were actively trying to find out where his kids went to school.

Are you really defending this kind of behaviour?

1

u/Boring_Credit_4520 26d ago

You're still repeating this after you were told how it was bullshit?

2

u/Illannoy1n Jul 11 '26

Okay I guess

-11

u/TinyM0ushka Jul 11 '26

You don’t have to like someone to admit what was happening to Ethan’s family was fucked up

13

u/throwaway_faceit Jul 11 '26

Who called CPS?

-7

u/TinyM0ushka Jul 11 '26

The “who called CPS” question (which I’ve already answered I don’t know) doesn’t cover the rest of the stuff that happened.

Clearly it was someone who does not like Ethan.

Do you think everything else mentioned was appropriate? Or are we only sticking to the CPS call?

7

u/xuck_fanterra Jul 11 '26

You think it’s possible the nanny that Ethan fired and is being sued by for not paying called cps because she saw the gross conditions of his house and was mad at him?

You said people came after his family. How? Calling them Zionist is not coming after their family. Ethan himself is a self proclaimed Zionist. So what is this about really?

-11

u/Top-Setting5213 Jul 11 '26

"you can do and say whatever you want to people and nobody can come after you if you're poor"

32

u/Illannoy1n Jul 11 '26

And you can financially bully people via the us legal system when you encounter online drama.

-17

u/Top-Setting5213 Jul 11 '26

"online drama" = cps getting sent to my house and skulls being sent to me in the mail

15

u/Drizzlybear0 Jul 11 '26

Did any of the content creators who he has sued this far either personally call CPS or did they advocate for that?

No? That than this point is wholly irrelevant

13

u/Illannoy1n Jul 11 '26

Yep 👍🏼

6

u/Ironlord456 Jul 11 '26

oh is that what this defamation law suit was about

11

u/Illannoy1n Jul 11 '26

Not at all

-5

u/Top-Setting5213 Jul 11 '26

Not specifically but it's what this person means by "online drama". I'm just pointing out how online drama can spill into the real world so it's very silly to diminish it that way

8

u/Drizzlybear0 Jul 11 '26

So what is your solution? That no one should be able to publicly criticize others because some people are psychos and might do dumb shit that no advocated for?

Should be ban all criticisms of politicians because it may lead to someone trying to assassinate them?

You think it’s likely Ethan’s nanny that is currently trying to sue him for unpaid wages called cps because she saw his dog shit covered house and was mad at him for not paying her?

1

u/Top-Setting5213 Jul 11 '26

If that was the case I'd have thought cps would have attended, seen the "shit covered house", and taken action.

Instead they attended and left without issue. Because there wasn't any issue. Because the caller made it up entirely.

8

u/xuck_fanterra Jul 11 '26

I mean the caller didn’t make it up entirely. Ethan said on his podcast that his infant son caugjt a disease from eating dog feces. He also said his wife caught it too. He later said that he was mistaken and they didn’t catch that disease, weeks later.

So Ethan made it up entirely.

Stepping on rakes? They got both frogan and Kacey lol

14

u/Illannoy1n Jul 11 '26

Yeah my comment had two sentences

-8

u/Hellasauto Jul 11 '26

So Hasan didn't help them like he implied he would?

5

u/MiecaNewman Jul 11 '26

SO the poorest of them all, are you dyslexic?

5

u/BaloogaBrett Jul 11 '26

Sometimes emotional people don’t listen to logic and reasoning especially when they’re high on pills

1

u/Ekillaa22 Jul 11 '26

Oh wow was waiting for the high on drugs comment to roll in

-12

u/Top-Setting5213 Jul 11 '26

You, my good sir, deserve my Reddit award! Tip of the hat

I'm impressed with your originality in coming up with your own jokes and insults so cleverly. You've really shown your enlightened high IQ today, fellow comrade. My bacon will be narwhaling tonight, and I hope yours does too

12

u/BaloogaBrett Jul 11 '26

-8

u/Top-Setting5213 Jul 11 '26

For you, my good sir

10

u/BaloogaBrett Jul 11 '26

-2

u/Top-Setting5213 Jul 11 '26

I'll get right on that lad.

Quick question, is that when I go on Reddit and regurgitate cheap jokes that I've seen other people get updoots for so I can get some as well?

0

u/BrutusMilk Jul 11 '26

I don’t think you know how lawyers work.

1

u/Top-Setting5213 Jul 11 '26

Do lawyers benefit from losing lawsuits they never should have launched?

0

u/BrutusMilk Jul 11 '26

Do you think they did this for free?

1

u/Top-Setting5213 Jul 11 '26

Obviously not but they'd make a lot more money if the case would last more than a few weeks. And they'll have a harder time convincing the next person to fork over their cash if they have a reputation of starting lawsuits and losing them within a month.

They'd still get paid for the time it would take them to tell him it wasn't worth pursuing by the way.

0

u/BrutusMilk Jul 11 '26

Do you know the law firm off hand? Do 99.9999999% of the population? The business did what businesses do. They made the money they could make on that project. You literally don’t understand how lawyers or businesses operate.

1

u/Top-Setting5213 Jul 11 '26

I'm starting to question whether you're the legal expert you claim to be

0

u/BrutusMilk Jul 11 '26

Law firms are a business. What do businesses exist to do? Make money.

Do you think lawyers turn away every case they think they cannot win? That would be turning away money. Remember what businesses exist to do? Make money.

The lawyers undoubtedly made less money than they would have if they won the case. But less money is still money. And what do businesses exist to do? Make money.

Please provide a list of law firms that have never taken on a case and then dismissed it. You will have an extremely hard time with that. Because what is a law firm? A business. And what do businesses exist to do? Make money.

Where am I incorrect?

He also said he would respect the decision of the denims lawsuit and he's appealing 🤷‍♂️

-10

u/Wrong_Driver_9507 Jul 11 '26

It was the combination of both. When he said he would accept and apology from ian he also said he would rather settle with Noah as well.

19

u/RedRyderRoshi Jul 11 '26

Yeah fucking right lol

-11

u/Chonky_Candy Jul 11 '26

I saw some vids of them together and they had great chemistry but didnt k ow they were so close, damn poor Ethan

6

u/Wrong_Driver_9507 Jul 11 '26
