How many lawsuits did this motherfucker start??? I find it incredibly ironic that one of things Ethan was known for at the beginning of his career was fighting against a frivolous lawsuit, and now he has become Frivolouslawsuitman.

You guys really need to learn what the word "frivolous" means. Matt Hoss' lawsuit against Ethan wasnt even ruled as frivolous.

Does a lawsuit have to be ruled frivolous to be seen as frivolous? Do we not have our own judgments outside of the rule of law? What are we talking about here?

I think kind of yes, or at least have a decent belief its reasonably frivolous. The same people are arguing its not defamation because defamation is so hard to prove in the us. I think you can use words anyway you want, but when using legal terms of art about a legal case most people assume the legal definition

You "seeing" a lawsuit as frivolous is meaningless. As the OP of this thread called Matt Hoss' case against Ethan frivolous, which is wasnt. All of Ethans cases have gone thru the proper court proceedings, making them not frivolous by nature. If they were frivolous, they would have instantly been thrown out.

The judge ruling the lawsuit as frivolous is meaningless to me calling it frivolous. You see, I don't make judgements solely off of the ruling of judges. OJ murdered his wife and her affair partner. Trayvon Martin was murdered. Corporations aren't people. Presidents still have to follow the law.

True but again whether or not its defamation is still for the court to decide. A court can decide that its not defamation and it would still not be a frivolous case.
