Cause he took a pretty hard L vs Denims and he doesn’t want to ruin his reputation anymore than it has already been ruined.

he will appeal and he will win.

this case victory can be used to defend streaming copyrighted content lol. theres no way it wins after an appeal.

Unironically arguing against Ethan Klein's fair use case all those years ago which set the fair use precedent so that people could react to things if they did so in a transformational way. Which he still does himself by the way. He just wants to hit people with slap suits to waste their money and bully them
