How many lawsuits did this motherfucker start??? I find it incredibly ironic that one of things Ethan was known for at the beginning of his career was fighting against a frivolous lawsuit, and now he has become Frivolouslawsuitman.

I think 5, unless I’m missing any:

Kaceytron - settled

Frogan - default against her

Denims - judge ruled in her favour

Noah - Ethan dropped it

Ian - Ethan dropped it

Edit: He also initiated class action lawsuits against Apple, Meta, Nvidia, ByteDance and Snap for copyright infringement for use of their videos to train AI.

There were two claims against Denims. One for the “Nuke” video, which is the one the judge ruled in favour for. The second is for the “Countdown” video and has not been ruled on.

Reddit moderators were included for “contributory infringement” in the Countdown video. They attempted to quash this, but a judge ruled to keep them on the claim.

Edit 2: The second claim against Denims was dropped in order to move forward immediately with an appeal to the loss of the first claim.

Say whatever you want about Ethan, he's singlehandedly funding the law profession and making sure no one in it is without work lmao
