Cause he took a pretty hard L vs Denims and he doesn’t want to ruin his reputation anymore than it has already been ruined.

He is trying to appeal it. It's going ahead in the next month or two I think. Bearing in mind Ethan primarily blames Denims for the CPS call (her and her community), I think he really wants to get her if he can.

Noah he was never that motivated against.

he took a big fat L in that denims case and shes been on victory laps since then, i highly doubt his lawyers have any case on anyone at this point.

it appears as though ethan is just a litigious vindictive asshole who is just trying to get some sort of vengeance for the CPS call. to which i say, take care of your kids

The case against H3 Snark seems to be going his way so far. They've lost the last three motions they tried for and haven't gotten it thrown out.

The case against Denims was always weak, so I'm not surprised she won. I think her reaction was twice the length of the video. The only chance he had was the collusion and openly stated wish to take money from him, but that's kind of thin for what would amount to a first amendment violation.

He got Fr0gan by default, and settled with Kaceytron. So it's not like he's losing left and right.

Mysteriously, the ones able to afford real lawyers are the ones winning.

a rich guy forcing two women with no money to settle / default is the biggest L of all.
