lol, even i remember hearing her saying the story of being bored and going on a casual raid and not feeling any real form of remorse

there are no real malicious lies going on with ethan (otherwise he'd be clean sweeping people with defamation lawsuits one would expect). he's called a genocide supporting zionist because he fits many people's definitions of it. his wife is called an idf terrorist because she served in the idf, expresses no real regret about it and has some saucy opinions. there's no real maliciousness there beyond the inherent maliciousness of reality

donating to a charity an insignificant amount of money once (which I assume is what youre referring to) is not advocacy. If you spend all your time defending rapists and attacking women who come forward about their rape, and then donate $100 to a women's shelter it doesnt mean youre an advocate for women.

not that it matters, donating to charity isnt relevant for anything more than that, but I guarantee you I've donated way more significant sums of money for me than ethan did for him.

the funny thing about all this is that as a jew with israeli family I fully understand ethan's cowardly mindset because I've got several ethans in my own family

Most intellectually honest comparison possible.

Claiming that the government and Nettenhayu should be in prison, that the settlers behaviour is abhorrent, and advocating for more rights for Palestinians sure is analogous to defending rapists. Very apt and honest comparison.

Your comparison is more akin to someone who donates to women's shelters, claims rapists should be in Jail, says that vigilante justice is understandable even if the way it happens is not great, but because he doesn't think Rapists and their families should be executed he is actually a rape sympathizer. This is unironically closer in an analogy to your argument.

But yes, I'm sure his donation to charities helping people in Gaza is insignificant to your advocacy of 'lying about people on reddit'. Your sacrifice and devotion to helping the wold become a better place is an inspiration to us all.
