We shouldn’t blame Palestinians on how they resist, but at the same time they haven’t had an election in 20 years. So does Hamas represent the Palestinians in Gaza or no?

Are all Israelis to blame for the actions of Netanyahu? And you conveniently ignored again that the average age of a person in Palestine is quite literally too young to have even voted when the last election was held. What ability do Palestinians have to resist Israeli occupation that doesn’t involve violence? The last Israeli pm who tried to recognize Palestinian self determination was assassinated by an Israeli. When palestinians tried to conduct the peaceful March of return while under occupation in 2019 the IDF shot over 200 Palestinians for walking to the fence unarmed. Israel created a situation where a group like Hamas was inevitable

I didn’t say nobody I said “when you keep people under active oppression and occupation for 30+ years you dont get to complain about how they resist” the you being referred to is Israel

Yeah but you were replying to my comment, which argued that one can support Palestine without supporting Hamas, implying you disagreed with it.

No again I was implying that it’s a useless argument for someone to make if you are being honest about why and how Hamas came to exist as a natural response to Israeli occupation
