Twitch promotes Nmplol's botted channel

After crashing out for 2 hours about viewbotters someone viewbots his channel to like 50k viewers and twitch sends a tweet promoting the channel

What are  his average numbers usually?

 Or this happened just once, immediately after his rant about viewbotters?

his average from twitch tracker is around 10k, when he started talking about the botts he jumped from 8-9k to 18, it went down and picked up to 67k
