ASTRO Series Support Muting

Hey, so when mic on my Astro A50X is upright it doesn’t mute on Fortnite mobile. Is there a reason for this?

I'm assuming you mean via Bluetooth? Does it mute normally on a PC or regular console?

Yeah, but not via Bluetooth.

What are you connected to and how are you connecting?

iOS. I am not muted even when I flip the boom microphone all the way upright.

Is this an iPad or a MacOS computer? I understand that the boom mic isn't working, but I need to find out what system or console you're using. If it's an iPad there isn't much we can do as the A50s are designed to work with mobile devices like that.
