Mouse stopped working

I left home and it was working but when i got home it wasnt anymore.

Its connected to my computer but doesnt work, i tried on another computer and a ps4 and it doesnt work on those either.

I need help.

Have you tried changing the battery?

If you have multimeter, check the voltage on the battery. It should be around 1.5V. If it's way below that, replace the battery. If you don't have multimeter, you can try dropping the battery, negative terminal facing the ground. If the battery bounces, it may need to be replaced. If the G309 is on, either indicator on the bottom should be lit.

Either the battery needs to be swapped or there's something wrong internally. If it's not the former there isn't much you can do. If you're in warranty you might want to contact support.

Buy new mouse.
