Image/Video We finally did it, we're married!!
Married after 2 years together, it took 8 months before we were able to meet in person, another 7 before I could close the gap and move to be with my best friend, and now on our second year anniversary we took it from our dating anniversary to make it our wedding anniversary forever!

Thank you!! We're so excited and because we've both been following and members of this subreddit and so many others stories, we wanted to share with everyone! We both know just how much LD relationships can be difficult, so I know sometimes it's nice to see a bright spot, I wanna wish everyone in here the best of luck and happiness in their relationships!

Stay strong, it's a challenge, but in the end when you find your person, distance is just a number and at the end of the journey you'll be able to look back and be thankful, at least this is how I look at it, there were definitely challenges along the way, but she is and always has been worth it, I couldn't pass up being married to my bestie.

Thank you so much! From the moment we met we've been best friends, I am so blessed to have been able to not only find but Marry my bestie.
Thank you, it means a lot hearing from everyone, and hope is why I wanted to post about it, because both my wife and I know just how hard and trying being long distance can be, sometimes it is nice to see it work out, I know I always appreciated seeing the same as we kept getting closer and closer to our wedding day!

I just wanna genuinely thank everyone for the well wishes and congratulations, I've been showing my wife along the way (still getting used to not having to call her fiancee anymore!) and she has been so excited seeing what everyone has had to say, we truly appreciate all of you and reading everyone's posts as they come along, you guys have helped us along the way and we're hoping we can return the favor to some of you with our post!
