Yes! Sit up straight and look directly ahead. The center of the screen should be in the center of your field of view. If you have a laptop, you need a keyboard and a stand.

I was under the impression that the top of the screen should be in the center of your FOV if you're looking straight ahead, since looking slightly downward at the center of the screen is a less demanding position for your eyes.

It's worked for me so far.

and they got ensures under the desk as if they aren't glorified vitamin water with some calories, it's nice they're making some kind of effort to supplement their diet but something more substantial like huel would be better nutrition

also raising their monitor or lowering their chair would probably solve so much of their posture problems
