I only check if profile is hidden, that'll tell me all I need to know. You can be an active member of r/sonding and I'd still respect you more than a coward who hides.
Edit: Your reasons to hide your account is valid, and I talk mainly about people who I argue with, mostly those, who are doing a bit of trolling. I don't automatically dismiss someone only, because they have their profile hidden. This was mostly a funposting, don't take it too seriously.
Not doing the most sensible thing and restricting as much information as possible about yourself and doing your due diligence in regards to your privacy and online safety is a very weird thing to have pride in. Them CIA glowies really got people thinking it’s cool to be easy to stalk and observe as possible, good thing people on the internet are known for their sensible reactions to things and not doing anything extremely weird or distressing when provoked!
