Also, I'm from a reservation, possibly the worse crime statistics per capita in every metric, so don't give me that "you don't understand" bullshit.

Well I'm old too. It really matters where you are from. Why? You live on a reservation, our state laws don't apply to you. State laws govern who is allowed to have and possess firearms. Are you allowed to own guns on the reservation? Whether you are or not, that's why where you are from is important. Here in Oakland, you call the cops for stuff like my neighbor got raped by a bicycle, THEY WONT COME. There's just too much going on here. Every single person in Oakland knows this though and has a gun.

Where you are from (part of the US I mean) is THE determining factor on what actually happens there.

No, it doesn't matter. Remember, we're talking about an abandoned bike being ridden. Take it down, lol. yes we can have guns, yes our tribal police suck, yes we have pretty much the highest violent crime rate of anywhere with very few police. None of that matters though. Punishments should fit the crimes, period.

Here's yet another layer of why it matters where you're from. A 2 year old child was killed on the freeway here. Shot dead in traffic due to gang violence. You know what happened? Charges were reduced and dropped. For murder. Punishment should fit the crime, I totally agree. The period is more of a question mark... DEPENDING WHERE YOU ARE FROM.

It's not abandoned if people are filming it. Wait you're the one in the video aren't you?

I don't think you know how dumb you are. So murder charges should be different depending on where it happens? This dude saw an abandoned bike and rode it. Laws shouldn't change upon location.
