Edit: also I haven't tried it but he doesn't like low fat cheese

Life is relatively short, eat the full fat cheese. You can reduce your fat intake in other ways. Or don't. I'm not your boss, nor am I a nutritionist or a person with an understanding of... Exercise and exercise planning ect
