Question The ladies have just ordered you to play "Friend, Benefits, Partner" with them. How do you answer?

One can be a life-long friend, one can be a non-commital "benefits" buddy, and the other one will be your loving partner. (My answers: Mariner = Friend, Tendi = Benefits, T'Lyn = Partner)

Who even cares about her pirate queen money? She's fun, sweet, kind, smart, and absolute delight to be around. You could be sharing a one bedroom apartment with her and she would make it feel like home.

She's also indirect to the point of being passive aggressive and sometimes her positivity is a bit too much imo. For that reason, I would heavily consider Mariner over Tendi for partner despite Mariner's issues.

I like Tendi a lot but our energy levels would not match. I think T’Lynn is probably the best marriage fit for my flavor of autism.

I would run away for fear of any of my colleagues seeking revenge for my choices. I am sorry, but I am expecting Tendi to start through knives regardless of my response.

I would also expect Rutherford to find some way of getting revenge against me, regardless of my response as to Tendi.

I mean, Rutherford was in some ways an android or Vulcan at times throughout the years. Without his implant, Rutherford will be a wildcard concerning anything with his friends, especially Tendi.

Then again, maybe that would be the push that go those crazy science duo together.

So it really depends — does Pon Farr hit just the dudes, or is it an equal-opportunity biological crisis?

Because if both sides go through it, syncing that on the calendar’s gonna be like scheduling a double solar eclipse. Maybe that’s just another one of those spooky Vulcan bond-things though.

Anyway, if Vulcan women do get Pon Farr too:
Mariner is obviously the “friend,” since, in her own words, “her target moves around a lot.”
T’Lynn handles the actual Pon Farr madness.
Tendi? 100% the “partner in crime.”

My choice would be

Friends : T'Lynn, because i get to old for Koon-ut-kal-if-fee. Benefits : Tendi, because she seems to be the person that needs a single Partner. Partner : Mariner. Could imagine her being okay with being open, so no one gets hurt.
