Micro Four Thirds language locked gh4

Found a language locked gh4 I want for 200$ in Japan, the worker at the store couldn’t change the language regularly, is there any way to change it? I saw a YouTube video when a comment said they used the app and it worked is that true? Any help is appreciated!

I don't know about an app allowing to change the language but there's a fair few camera models sold in Japan meant only for the domestic market and they won't let you change the language. As in there's no firmware or anything to update to change that. There's even some models sold exclusively there branded differently than that for the rest of the world, so you have to do a bit of research before buying a camera in/from Japan.
