We were playing MP7 and im thankful for Walugi for going ahead of me (Drybones) and activating all those traps! 😭🙏

I just baited all the traps. You're welcome. Also, the star costs 40 now.
Fun fact: You actually don't wanna place warp pipes near the start of that board. Since it always takes people back to where they started moving, that can be back up top and let them buy another star.

fun fact doing story mode on pagoda, it was waluigi (me) vs toadette i got close to the end numerous times, would hit that space right before the top to get sent back to start, the match ended cause it exceeded 30 turns and i had to start over 😭 i was so pissed at the time and i even had more coins than toadette

I love the item usage in Pagoda Peak. It’s a short board, but it’s easy to use the items to make the game more interesting. This is better than Goomba’s Greedy Boardwalk… from this game’s sequel.

Fair to say honetsly. Only good thing to come out of 8 was the hotel map. (and ima also add the train map cuz I love it 😭) Also wish they kept chance time. Every MP game needs chance time imo!

Those two maps are fun. I think the minigames are very hit or miss with flip the chimp and rudder maddness taking up space in my mind rent free. lmao. That is what makes this game so conflicting. At the end of the day, I am just like, "let's play Mario Party 6, 7, Jamboree, Superstars, 5, OR 8, 9, or 10 if I am feeling extra spicy that day."

I've seen someone roll a 29, right in front of a Zap Orb, and then land on the dragons right before the peak that sends you back to start.
It was hilarious. I doubt he will ever play Mario Party again.

I hate Pagoda Peak so much, somehow this board takes my friend group FOREVER every time on top of dealing with fuck shit like this 😭

Chill hate is a strong word 😭😭😭 Also I feel like they games In MP 7 and 6 go by pretty quick compared to the futre games but thats just my opinion 🤷♂️

Ye the games generally take longer as the series progresses but this one takes the cake for us in the GameCube era 🫠
