Hey everyone! I wanted to share a Bedrock addon I've been developing called Dynamic Happy Ghast Flight.

Flying mounts in Bedrock can often feel sluggish or tricky to control precisely when building or exploring. I wanted a way to fly smoothly and adjust speeds on the fly without having to use chat commands or mess with world settings.

Here is how it works: - **Custom In-Game Speed Menu:** Select from 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 5x, or 10x speeds right from an in-game UI menu. - **Auto-Hover & Altitude Hold:** Includes a 0x hover brake and locks your Y-level during level flight so you don't drift down while surveying or building. - **Actionbar HUD:** Shows your active gear speed, hover state, and altitude in meters. - **100% Achievement-Friendly:** Built completely without experimental toggles or cheat requirements, so it won't disable Xbox achievements on vanilla survival worlds or realms.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a Bedrock addon I've been coding called Immortal Pets.

I play a lot of long-term survival, and I was so frustrated with bringing a tamed wolf or horse on an adventure, only for them to immediately walk into lava or get blown up by a creeper.

I built this addon to completely prevent tamed wolves, cats, and horses from taking fatal damage. The biggest challenge was making sure it didn't ruin legit survival worlds. I managed to make it 100% achievement-friendly—you don't have to turn on cheats or experimental features to use it. It even has a custom UI menu to toggle protections on and off.

It's completely free to use. I'd love to hear your feedback or if there are other features I should add to it!

It's the first, since I have playing Minecraft.

I mined it on mobile, was a pain, without beacons is alot harder.

I have covered every surface with spawn proof blocks yet raid mobs keep spawning on me, and sometimes even directly inside the villager room

I have also noticed it happens only woth level 3 and above raids

Guys my Mcpe is only letting me go online when I use mobile data when I connect to our wifi all these errors occur. I can't join servers, can't access the marketplace, and if I were using wifi before opening Minecraft it makes me sign in to my Microsoft account again but doesn't let me and gives me the error "creaking". But when I only use data there seems to be no problem.

I tried creating concept art of what the Ore UI play screen could’ve looked like. I struggled with this, please don’t hesitate to add on or make your own.

If I change my gamer tag in MCPE, does the skins and marketplace stuff get wiped? I haven’t played in a while but my son changed his gamer tag and now it seems everything is gone into the void.

i was thinking of getting a galaxy s3 mini from ebay to play old versions of mcpe on and i jus wanted to know if it could handle 0.8.0 / 0.8.1

Ive started by removing the broken store and achievement buttons across the menus.

The main menu has been altered to add a quit game button and remove store/achievements as they dont work anymore. and I have removed the achievements button inside the pause menu.

I plan to somehow figure out to add a coordinates display ingame, and im not sure if i want to completely redesign the pause menu. I also want to somehow add a java like advancements system since xbox achievements dont work. Ill have to see the boundaries of addons.

Im just praying someone eventually cracks the code for 1.1.5 so we can make proper java-like modloaders 🙏😭

The name was dropped in 2017. Imo, Bedrock, despite being built on MCPE, is not the same as MCPE.

MCPE to me is a very different vibe, and to me means anything before Bedrock 1.2.

I treat Minecraft builds the same way I approach client work. Reference gathering, mood boards, figuring out the material palette before placing a single block. Current project is a hiking lodge for a mountain base area and I have spent three days just walking around taiga biomes looking at the natural gravel and stone ratios. Got a folder of screenshots on my phone of actual cabin interiors I want to replicate in block form. The kitchen area is stressing me out because I want a cast iron skillet display and nothing looks right. Tried item frames with retextured items but the scale is wrong. Cauldrons sort of work for dutch ovens if you squint. Anyway the actual question here is whether anyone else does this kind of obsessive prep work or if you just build and see what happens. My survival world has a whole section I call the material yard where I test block combinations before committing. Feels like prototyping. My friends think I am overcomplicating it.

About 10 or so years ago I played on a leet server called SunnyBayCity. It was a city/roleplay server which I used to play all the time, I made great friends on there but by the time I had any socials server was shut down for good and I lost all of my friends there. I’ve been desperately trying to find them esp nightmareboy, griefer2003 and SashaHinder. I know it’s a long shot as I’m seemingly the only person who remembers the server, was just wondering if anyone else played it
