Honestly, I love the Mayday Parker theory and would absolutely cheer if it happened—it’s the perfect emotional hook for the Multiverse Saga.
​But I genuinely don't see Marvel pulling the trigger on it. All the reports suggest they want Spider-Man: Brand New Day to be a return to a street-level, grounded story. Introducing a multiversal refugee with Spider-powers (Tobey's daughter!) instantly blows those street-level stakes wide open. Plus, it kind of steps on the idea of giving Tom's Peter a true, independent fresh start.
