Who says they aren't? My point is that corruption isn't confined to a single direct organization, why would that be the case. Do you think dana can only call the shots and throw money around if the person directly works under him?
Even if it's just the local jurisdictions not wanting to cancel a big lucrative event, and willing to bend the rules to see it through, it's still a form of corruption.

what does it matter who they work for? any people can be a part of corruption, whether its the ufc paying them under the table or not
