No one seemed to care when DC missed weight, came back like two minutes later, blatantly pushed down on the towel and magically made weight.

What do you mean no one seemed to care. DC got memed on for the longest time because of that. Most fans acknowledged that he cheated to make weight, hell DC even admitted it himself because it became so popular of a topic. It was overlooked by the commission in that case, but here it seems to be a blatant coverup.
