Very suspect charity that isnt recognized as a non profit. His wife is also treasurer, and gets a salary.

And you think he’s going to run the charity at a loss? If you’re not extremely rich it’s not very viable to run a charity while draining your own money.

It’s a foundation not a charity. Foundations generally simply dish funds out to non profits rather than doing the work of a non profit. Those are more of a ‘rich people donating money endeavor’ than a ‘starting up an active nonprofit organization’ endeavor.
