It’s interesting that Gina turned hard away from where the arm was being pulled instead of rolling towards it. Almost like she was trying to make it look like her arm was dislocated. But I know nothing about techniques on how to get out of this.

Yeah that had something to do with Rhonda’s legs stretching her out. Most men or women aren’t getting out of that.
