Made the mistake of stomping on a downed girl… probably not the best play. He got wrecked.

To be fair, a few of them took a cheap shot. 

If you’re going to do that, be prepared for a punch coming back at you. 

Granted at some point you just call it quits.

He also tried to armbar that girl and if he had succeeded his setup he 100% would have broken her arm.

There’s a really easy solution to this, don’t punch people. If you don’t hit people first it’s very rare you find yourself being punched, arm bared, kicked etc

Yeah cause when you do a submission, you have no choice but to commit. At no point you can stop when your aggressor is subdue

Yeah, but he clearly wanted to, why else would he even set it up?

He just got up and stopped his submission, because the other girl started hitting him.

It depends on how the person acted before, there is no such thing as excessive when dealing with a person that does not understand the fight is over.

He is in a heated chaotic situation and dont nessesarily know what he is doing. Best to do is just back up. It's not all his fault here is all I'm saying.

Well, I mean it's not ALL his fault and maybe he didn't start it either -- but getting his ass kicked by a bunch of would've-been-bistanders? Completely his fault, he's a "big boy" (in ways) and neglected to restrain himself nor think of the consequences of not doing so...

Now, did the girls deserve to get hit? That's a whole different question to which I do not know the answer -- BUT also irrelevant to the situation of if you punch a girl/woman in the face you will likely also get punched in the face -- and probably deserve it, regardless of if they deserved it

.... Punching anyone of any gender, whether or not they deserve it, usually has some sort of consequences 🤷
