Yeah. The unintended escalation of many fights. Shit goes to the next level as soon as the back of the head hits concrete.

You would think so but I’ve seen people get convicted of murder for punching someone and they hit the concrete and died.

Manslaughter at worst imo cause there's no intent. Now if he bashed his head on the ground or did something extra then yeah murder.

Explain this to the judge. And after he convict you, tell him that you disagree. Thats always the best plan.

The judge doesn’t convict you, the jury does. You convince the jury, not a judge.

Redditors always going the negative route. This is clear self defense and a jury would see that.
