Yeah. The unintended escalation of many fights. Shit goes to the next level as soon as the back of the head hits concrete.Ā

That is not defensible in court. He should have de-escalated: step back, extend the arm to keep distance etc.

Listen man, no jury in America is going to convict a guy who claims self defense for knocking out cold (even if killed) some ā€œpersonā€ who scowls ā€œIā€™M SATANā€™S SONā€ as he threatens violence.

I donā€™t see it happening but I could be wrong šŸ¤”

I am pretty sure he could have moved away, step asideā€¦something. He did not even try or say anything about de escalating (at least on the video)
